How do I change it from Early Access to Free so I can upload ti to the hub???

I'm moving my resources back and forth between EA and Free all the time.
You need to "move" the resource:
In the menu that follows, select destination category first, then select the tag:

I redid the entire page to get it out of Early Access. There should be a link to manually get oit out of early access
