Question How to change an atom from physic on to Physics Link with a trigger?

Hi,

I am looking for example to join the right hand on the head of the person and that follows so I saw that "Physics Link" is what I am looking for.

However, it's in the middle of an animation and I want to add a trigger with Timeline and I can't find the option... I was in "rhand" or "rhandcontrol" then I can't find it after "Physics Link"...to check.

Does anyone know where it is? Or is there a plugin that can do this?
