VaM 1.x Can't get thigh compressor to work in scenes. ERROR

Every time I try to load a scene that has ParticlePinnacle.ppthighcompressorandvibrations in it I get an error and it just doesn't work. I do have versions 12, 17, and 19 in my VAM folder. Do I have too many versions is that why? Every scene that uses this file just highlights it in red and acts like I don't have it. Maybe I have them in the wrong folder? Are they not supposed to be in AddonPackages?
