CUA is so light even if it's just like a statue or has fixed animation. So it can be used for decoration or populating the scene.
My question is, can a model be converted into CUA ? or if I make a room scene, add floor, furniture etc, can it also be converted to CUA ?

Because I've seen room CUA, human CUA, animal CUA, is it made using Unity or can VaM also convert/export as CUA ?

You can export a person's mesh and textures as a obj (General physics 1 I think), but not hair or clothes.

You can save your morphs and export to daz3d and add them to a Genesis2 model with "Morph merger" and "Vam to Daz". That means the Genesis 2 model will be rigged, so you can pose or even animate it and export as an .fbx, and turn that into a cua in unity. It's a little laborious, but it works. Like atani says, you cannot get the hair or clothes out of vam, so you will need to add your own.
