if not the simplest trick imo is to use the time scale (next to player height adjustment) to slow down physics time. You record at 0.1x for example and speed it up 10x in post processing and get a decent framerate like that. There might be other ways, you should check on discord, the forum is kinda ded
also, use givemeFPS if not using it already. my performance plugin might also help but no promises
