Question fps stand error scene

when i use any 1 scene , it keeps getting freeze for about 0.05 seconds and it happens continuously , anyone know the cause and how to fix it , please

Someone the other days asked something similar and it was a Tittymagic plugin with auto-update mass on triggering the pause for a update.
