Does anyone have any tips on how to achieve a decent breast grab?

Goal:
- When hand gets close to breast, we parent link hand to breast, to simulate grabbing of breast.

Current outcome:
-Parent linking hand to breast causes the hand to flail like crazy as it's just parented to the chest control

Expected outcome:
- Hand grabs breast, hand follows the chest but still maintains its own force\direction
- Breast will share force\direction of it's chest force\direction, but also take into account the fact a hand is absorbing some of hat force\direction

Thanks!

Are you using a collider editor on the grabbed breast ? Try if not...
Thanks for the tip.

i checked out the collider editor info

Not sure if that can solve the issue above though.

The goal is to have the hand stay realistically attached to the breast

Breast physics have always been a little wonky and can be a little difficult to animate with sometimes. Not to mention if the user swaps the Atom's appearance to one with different body proportions, things may not align as intended. Buuuuut if I ever plan to animate something like that, Naturalis tends to make things a little bit easier for me since the results are more realistic.

I'd also recommend something like Collider Editor to make the Atom touching the breasts have smaller hand collisions and/or to reduce the collision size of the breasts.

Also as for the hand not following 1-to-1 on the breasts, that often just happens if you move the parent too fast. At slowly speeds it's less of an issue. You could try increasing some values in the Hand's physics tab as well, but I'm not sure how much it'll help.

Thanks for the ideas
yea, I'll try combining naturalis with the scene. But I don't think it'll get the result I was looking for.

I don't think making the colliders smaller is the direction I'm thinking of. I'd like the guy to grab and hold on, regardless of collider sizes.

But I guess I'm trying to do something way out of scope for virtamate.

thanks anyways
