How do I make a person in timeline move twist head and body together at same time? I want the person to do a turn around/ look at something by twisting but not sure how? Making the torso chest twist a 160 degrees seems impossible.

Stand up and do the motion yourself to see how you move. From the starting point your hips will twist about 45 degrees, your chest 90 and your head 160.

VAM has a somewhat realistic rig. Find body mechanics references, animate based on them, and you should get something kind of cool!
