I added cycleforce to person and confirmed person hip is moving.
Now I added timeline plugin to same person and done following.
-Added all person controls in target (I think only hipcontrol is sufficient but just to be sure)
-Go to More->Record and select all controls and press "Start recording in 5".

Now if I move body manually, I can confirm that movement is recorded.
But cycleforce movement (thrust of hip) is not recorded.

Are there any way to record movement generated by plugin? (In this case, cycleforce)

I think that will not be that easy.
If you add the hip control as a Timeline target, it most likely overrides the plugins position/rotation.

Can't think of a way to achieve this, but maybe others have ideas
