I'm needing some help with this. I'm trying to make it so the female character focuses on the male one while giving him a BJ, but she keeps wanting to stare at the camera/me and the penis pops out of her mouth. I've tried an assortment of ways to get her to keep looking at him and not me, but it doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix this?

Gaze in BL has few controls, and they're not all pose based. I'd say disable gaze in BL, and use the standalone gaze plugin, or simply animate her EyeTarget and have her look at that.
 
That is possible but only with workarounds.

You have to set the gaze strength to 0 (disables head rotation) to avoid the pop out while keeping the glance/eye target feature.
To achieve, that you have to use at least 2 different "poses" in PoseMe (gaze on & gaze off. gaze settings are stored in the pose) and switch between them depending of your needs. Sadly this will also change the actual pose of the person atom which you will have to account for when switching to the BJ animation.

To make it look at the right targets, you have to configure the interesets tab within the gaze tab. Set player interest (camera rig) to 0. This will prevent the person from looking at you but ONLY as long as there are other valid targets besides the player. If there are no other targets he/she/it will look at you directly. This happens more often than you might think: Sometimes PoseMe can't find a valid target even if the damn thing is right in front of it.

I tried to circumvent that problem bei adding additional targets per targets tab. That works pretty good but only for a short while. In my case PoseMe "forgets" these targets on a regular basis. Couldn't figure out why or how to solve it.

In the end, your best bet is to control the eye target manually per FocusNow on a timeline trigger track while head rotation is disabled.

At the end of all this, i came to the conclusion that the oldschool way is better. Wasted a lot of time trying to tame BL.
