Check out AlpacaLabs and vamurai (does the best scenes on here, IMO). Other folks like different stuff but for me the POV ride is what VaM is best at, so that's what I decided to make.
abctits, Nicho, Reanimator, C&G Studios (Crystallization) also have some great stuff.
A lot of it isn't specifically Embody/POV but you can always add the embody plugin to the guy and make it your own.
