Allow Preview without filling all the required info

It would be nice to be able to use the preview functionality of the new resource page to write up the post and verify it looks right before you have everything else ready to go (links, files, tagline, tags etc).

It can also be hazardous to fill all the required fields with data that isn't final, since you can accidentally post the resource (even without clicking on the Post button), and then you have to delete it. It's unclear if immediately deleting the inadvertently posted resource still notifies everyone who follows you or the category you posted the resource to.

The preview function is tied into other parts of the site and validation (checks for critical fields) is default. It wouldn't be recommended to change this behavior.

That being said, if you do not add a resource icon then there is no danger of accidentally posting the resource, since the icon is required. This would only apply to new resources though.

You can do something like the following:

Title: test
Tagline: test
External Download: https://test.com/
Tags: test

This will allow you to preview the description without too much extra work, and without needing everything else to be ready.
We will be adding an additional TOS checkbox to the forms, and once that is in place you can simply leave the box unchecked if you are concerned about accidentally posting a resource, edit, or update.
