Ну, например есть плагин "боди лэнгвич", там есть параметр "стимуляция" (который автоматизирован), и есть плагин "ваммоан 2", там есть параметр "возбуждения" (от которого зависят уровни звуков персонажа). И вот параметр "возбуждения" привязать бы к параметру "стимуляция".
