I've had the chance to do a few more of these characters recently and this design is one of my favourites of them. The model includes the clothing shown in the above screenshot as well as the weapons from the skin.
I've also included optional versions of the mask. The helmet can be toggled into a couple different states in the CUA menu, and the hair strands have physics applied so that they move about nicely in motion.
