It's a port of a model by ScragBoy and was a nice one to work with. I believe the original design was by OblivionFall. Models like this with absolutely massive... assets can be dificult sometimes. Managed to get things in about as well as expected though.
The model includes the outfit a shown above. The hair has physics and there's a collider with the head to mitigate clipping.
