This is a port of a model by Scrag which is essentially a repurposing of their Lindel model to look like a version of this character (18+).
This had been a popular one in the polls for quite some time, which includes an appearance in the finals but just fell short of the win. The model includes the outfit shown in the above screenshot as well as a CUA version of the hair which has physics applied so that it moves about nicely in motion.
