Neve
Neve was born and raised in a working-class neighborhood in Minrathous. A cynic who does not believe in mage superiority, Neve is a member of Tevinter's rebellious faction, the Shadow Dragons, fighting for a better future. Neve crossed paths with the Viper when she was on a case looking for a missing person. The Viper was hunting slavers and Neve's missing person was presumably a kidnapped slave. The two worked together to rescue Neve's missing person and was recruited to join the Shadow Dragons afterwards.
She also works as a private investigator, for which she has earned some amount of renown.According to Neve, she takes jobs that help people in distress. Although she has contacts, informants, and allies she can look to for help, she relies on herself at the end of the day.
