This has been a popular model in the polls for quite a while. It's another by WarfareMachine who always makes great anthro models like this.
The model includes two outfits as shown in the screenshot above. There are some variations for certain clothing pieces to add SIM or exposed sections. The hair ears, and tail are CUA with physics applied so that they move about nicely in motion.
