Bit of a challenge getting the beak right on this one. I don't think i've done a model with this shape of face before. The closest I could think of was Mal0 from a couple of months back.
For the furry bits on the skin, some of these are built into the morph. They show up best with Smooth Passes set to 0. There are also clothing pieces that act as the fur for things like the legs.
The head hair and tail are CUA with physics applied so that it moves about nicely in motion.
