I finally made use of the "remove real clothing" button in the clothing tab. Pushing it will remove any of her clothes but not her horns, tail, eye reflections, nipples, or lipstick. So save her as an appearance preset with her clothing.
You'll still want to load her in with her clothing for scenes and then push that button to easily disrobe her.
