BJ hotfix for Active Dude

- After the big update BJ position was not working anymore for Active Dude. It is fixed now.

Poledance/Striptease update

- Added Poledance/Striptease, Spanks with sounds and visual red butt effects, Randomized buttclap sounds, 8 new positions for the pole (without animated transitions for them yet), 2 new tracks, 2 reset buttons.
