Im not sure if thats license related (cant imagine, but I have a creators license) u could do a fresh install somewhere on your drive and see if its still missing, if not, then your current version is somehow curropted and Id recommend a new install. Otherwise try updating via the uploader. If none of that works: discord channel to some of the dev. supporters or in the help section

hi there, Ill add an instruction picture: 2 ways: manual by selecting each region in the UI on the left and go to textures and select them manually in your filtered vars
or via the preset by going to skin preset tab and merge load my skin preset
