But i somehow managed. You can tweak the facial expressions within the script, add on, do whatever you want with this. Enjoy!
You'll want Dollmaster

I created two Dollmaster Personas for male voices. Just unzip to your "Custom" directory and they will show up on the persona selection in game.
NOTE: this will overwrite the "breathing_panting.mp3" with a male one.
I have made some changes to the filenames and persona scripts to allow for both males to have a persona when adding the dollmaster script to both of them. See video attached for a sample of how it works.
