This release is quite big (1.07 gb) because of the different lighting options, if your tight on storage you can pick and download the version you like the best, just make sure to download the skyboxes&shader pack.
* The Asset contains Several baked lighting versions, including daytime, night time, dusk, alternative materials and unbaked versions.
* Also includes various skyboxes and two different water shaders. The default water shader has realtime reflections (-15% fps), the performance version does not have any reflections.
* The asset is designed to be very customizable, you can remove or replace all the water, change the skybox, etc
It is recommended that you load in the asset using Subscenes, as shown below.

If you have issues with the reflections on the water rendering incorrectly, try disabling the other two water shaders.
