• Happy Holidays Guest!

We want to announce that we will be working at reduced staffing for the holidays. Specifically Monday the 23rd until Jan 2nd.

This will affect approval queue times and responses to support tickets. Please adjust your plans accordingly and enjoy yourselves this holiday season!

  • Hi Guest!

Please be aware that we have released a critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.7 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.

Details about the security patch can be found here.

Assets epiFurniture

Now you can use epiCreatorLite to quickly put a scene together with epiFurniture.
Showcased in epiCreator (which is also free and comes with many scenes).

This is a set of assets that go well with positions used in popular scenes. Vamifier is applied in such a way that their shadowing and lighting match the rest of the scene to the point where even the exposure slider affects them. This creates consistency in the scene. This set combines well with epiGI and epiLight.

  • An edited version of the Vamifier plugin is included. The edit uses advice by hazmhox found on the forums.
  • This package includes a set of textures from royalty-free websites offering them with the appropriate licenses such as free-3dtextureshd and 3dtextures.
  • Also includes an edited version of a leather texture by NoOC.
  • An ottoman asset originally a Sketchfab asset by Visja Filip Rumin, first edited by MacGruber is included.
  • Assets that are required dependencies include those by: Matt Richard, Register, Scamp, TheScenes.
  • A plugin and chain assets by MacGruber are also in the requirements.
One caveat: If you're sharing on the hub (not just keeping it for your own personal use) removing dependencies properly requires manually copying/pasting things around and editing files in a text editor.

Some of the presets in epiFurniture use some textures or a script that are included in the package.
You use them in your scene, now your scene has epiFurniture as a dependency, epiFurniture has all these asset items as a dependency.

It ends up looking crazy.
You just used one room preset from this package and now your scene says it needs 10+ dependencies.

The solution is updating all the presets that use the textures/script that are embedded in the var, to using the same textures/script that are in your own package.
You can do that manually and your number of dependencies will go down from 10+ to 1-2.
The same thing applies to epiRoom and epiClothing.
