Loading needs to be done with Appearance Presets. Loading looks the old way via Select Root -> Load Look tends to screw up the Scenes plugin setup, Morphs and Poses. If you already knew this, skip to the bottom of this guide for some extra alignment tricks - there are some returning oldschool Vammers and new players who still have troubles with this.

Thanks for the suggesting this awesome resource. <3 It really describes what affects what in great detail. It also shows how the "load Look" button was the only way to go back in the good ol' days.

I fear that this kind of detail is a bit out of place for this guide though, i want this guide and my recent dependency guide to be very simple and easily digestible for people that are facing the hellish learning curve of VaM. For the new and returning players, less can be more!

Detaching and moving the root node does not work if a Timeline animation is moving the root node. It goes right back where it was.
