I tried looking and looking in the menu, but I can't figure out how to remove clothing preset with link. I use this method to load preset clothing, but I can't remove the preset clothing.

You can't remove the clothing preset, but the individual clothing items that have been loaded by the preset. A preset just contains a list of items to be loaded with one click. You find each item in the clothing list, filtering to "Active".

You can have two clothing presets for clothed and nude. Load them at different times in the scene, or when a button is clicked.
