Question Size Looks and problems

Hi, is it possible to load my own Look into a scene, but use the model size from the original scene? There are some scenes with non-standard sizes or maybe it's called a morph, that after loading a custom model, the animations do not match, maybe there is a solution? Thank you
 
You have scale in the person's general physics 1 tab, and you have morphs that can affect height, shape, scale, etc. Best course of action is to start with the same scale as the original person, then if you need to adjust the new one use morphs.
