Question Will it run?

Hi guys,

I have a laptop with the following specs:

Intel I5-6300HQ @ 2.3Ghz
Nvida GTX950M 2Gb
8GB ram
mini display port

Is that enough for testing VAM? If I like it, I can buy a more powerful PC later.

Will VAM not run when it detects specs are low?

As far as I know, VaM does not try to detect hardware specs. Performance will just be terrible. You can definitely forget about VR on that laptop. But in Desktop mode you might get some 20-ish FPS in simple scenes, which may be enough for trying around. In larger scenes or with more than one character you might run out of graphics memory. (Which could cause weird issues like partially rendered images, etc.)
