VaM 1.x Where do i install custom content thats not a var?

I recently bought ditzy daz's avatar gals and it comes as a zip with the files custom saved and meta.json, where do i put them? Im on linux so just adding them to the addonpackages doesnt work

Just drop the extracted files on your installation folder, which have both the "Custom" and "saves" folder. If you have a "Custom" folder inside the .zip, the files (appearances, clothing, etc) should already go to the right place. The same goes for scenes (the meta.json), they'll go to the path saves>scenes.
