Question What, no ear piercings?

After using VaM for more than a year it just occurred to me that I don't think I've ever seen an ear piercing clothing item, something like a diamond stud. A search didn't turn up anything either. Has anyone ever made these, even as a paid item? There are several ear rings, but no ear piercing jewelry that I can find.

By the way, I tried adding a diamond stud ear piercing photo to one of my ear textures but of course it just showed up as flat with no dimension. I know, dumb idea but I thought I'd try it.

This scene references several piercings and jewelry items. I don't see any simple studs, though. If you create a normal map to give depth to your textured studs, it would look better.
