You can try going to Customize on the clothing item -> Adjustments -> Wrap to Smoothed Vertices but it may still look off. Clothing is usually not going to fit all models/morphs the same.

In my opinion, the best way to work with piercings is to use qdaro's Piercings as it's using CUA clothing and can be modified to your liking in the clothing's plugins tab, from size to position to colors etc.
