Yes, best is to make your piercings with custom unity assets so you can place the piercings anywhere and save it with CUA manager: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/nose-rings.24961 but there is also clothing but you have to pay for it: https://www.patreon.com/VR_50_shades/posts?filters[tag]=piercing
