Question Are there any Strap on Dildos even for Sale?

Just kidding, i know you mean in VAM.... yes... there is one I use, and it's free, comes with CUE.
Seriously though, Get the cue plugin, it has one that you just click a button in the plugin and it adds it. CUE does a lot more, but that is one of the easiest ones. It adds the strap on clothing, then the dildo asset and does all the control and placement for you. If you want a quick fix. Problem with strapons, they have to be a CUA, or it gets all weird with the clothing morphing. I bet you could probably swap out the default Dildo for another CUA Dildo.
