1. Is there a way to change from a woman to a man with this kind of mesh among clothes?

Not easily as the male and female use a different mesh layout. Simplest way would be to use the original/keep it as a female atom and add the gens in with use Stoppers alternate futa plugin. If you toggle use male morphs on female, you can use any of the male morphs, it's just the uv layout that is weird for texture/clothing between the models.
