VR question

I have the hp reverb 2. When I watch in Vr it seems as I'm watching from above the scene kind of like I'm looking down. Currently I have my desktop sitting on floor. Should I put my desktop on my desk? Will this make my scenes eye level?

Your desktop's position is completely irrelevant to this.
Youy need to configure your height/position in WMR, and probably see the how-to basics on using the device.
