I don't know anything about VR, I searched about it and couldn't find an answer.

I would like to know if it is possible to play this game using mobile VR (using my cell phone as a screen) while running the game on my PC.

If you can stream stuff from your PC to your phone, then yes, like with anything else running on the PC.
