VR controllers are not visible

Hello, I bought my first Ouest 3s. I connected it via cable, I log in via VaM (OpenVR).bat, the game starts but there are no controllers or hands. Where is my mistake friends?
 
Today I installed a new clean VAM on another SSD, everything seems to be working, I don’t understand the reason, is it the plugins?
