Unable to run RUN VAM

I installed VAM last night and woke up this morning to use it and when I clicked either the desktop or any other executable, this message was displayed

Application folder:
C:/Games/VaM_Updater
There should be 'VaM_Data'
folder next to the executable

I already checked and the VaM Data folder is there, so I do not know how to proceed from there

Similar thing happened to me. I found out in the end after multiple installs that the problem was lack of space on the hard drive. I was running out of space and of course could not download anything more to that drive. It sounds stupid, and I was kicking myself when I found out the issue, but check that that is not the case with your install.
