Solved Twisted Testicles

Hey so I'm having trouble with testicles being twisted on my atom's, I've tried everything to get this to work and sliders wont fix it either I wanna have some nice looking male parts any help would be amazing...

Thank you this helped and hehe thought you might mention that should be animated but guess not it blinks if you open it
