Tutorial?

Can anyone guide me to tutorial aside from the just Looking for nothing one?
I'm trying to learn animation and no matter how many times at one crucial point, i play I just cannot understand what he says.
Maybe he is saying something that references to the Hive controller (im oculus) . I dont know but im really struggling here
