hi , i just bought the solace pro as my first stroker. i cant get it to connect at all i have vam and vamx and ive followed the tutorial and it wont connect.i got it to connect to intiface fine and the lovense app but it wont apper at all on vam sync. any help would be appreciated

I have also encountered this problem. I think it is due to the Solace Pro being quite new and support for its functionality has not been implemented yet. My Lovense Max 2 works fine so I know I have configured VamSync correctly. We may just need to wait a bit until support gets added.

Work is being done to add proper support to Intiface Central, so we can hope that when such support is added, it will work with VAMSync.

Just wondering if you got it connected?

I had to get the Lovense Connect app for PC, then intiface central, and lastly Vamsnyc. To get my solace pro to work. It still is not very accurate but it is connecting and working.

Can confirm that this works. I do agree that the accuracy isn't the greatest, but i feel that tweaking the VAMLaunch settings might make it more accurate. I have yet to find a good configuration though.

So, I recently got the Solace Pro and I am using the Lovense Remote -> Intiface -> VamSync pipeline to connect, which works. However, as you said: the accuracy isn't great. I did some messing around and came to the conclusion: it's not really the accuracy. I think instead of setting the toys position and moving it with the animation, one of the apps in the pipeline is instead trying to make it vibrate based on the animation, causing the toy to oscillate back and forth blindly, using only a very small area of what's available.

Can anybody confirm? Or have I fucked up my settings too much?

Unfortunately, I have the same problem when connecting my Solace to VAM. Sometimes, it seems to be trying to find the right spot, and it shakes up and down very strangely. I don't know if it's the fault of Lovense itself or a plugin, but it's a bit annoying...
Especially knowing that the Handy (you can see it in the linked the video i posted below.) owned by user CuddleMocap (btw, thanks for the tutorial, bruv!) behaves perfectly with the woman's hip movements. And sadly, with my Solace, its delayed (Like a second or so.) It's very noticeable and hard to get used to when you feel movements that are different from what you see on the screen (or VR goggles).

So... is it Lovense's fault? Maybe Handy is simply better optimized for VaM? Can someone help?

Cuddle definitely worked some magic with getting The Handy to work with Vam, however it's still not perfect. I picked up the FUNSR1 and it works perfectly with Vam, I don't even use my handy anymore. I would consider getting a FUNSR1 or wait until the end of this year for the handy 2 to drop.

This is a video I made to show some of the things Vam can do, and how the passthrough is sooo much better than what vr porn is putting out. There are parts where you can see the FUNSR1 synced with the action.

Hoooooly s**t... Now im jelly.

What's amazing is that it even detected a slight system freeze perfectly when loading new clothes or models. Tell me, is it difficult to sync this device with a PC? Or is it also based on the intiface + VaMSync principle? And does it have hip sway options and so on? I've seen some devices that even work sideways...

Your thinking of an OSR device. Those ones sway forward, back, left, right. The device in the video only does up down and twist.

The connection is much simpler than vamsync + interface once it's setup. The plugin is Serial Controller by Yoooi0. The scene in the video is all setup, I just turn on the device, load the scene and press a connect trigger and it's good to go.

I used to write scripts for the handy, you can find me on EroScripts. But after getting the Funsr1, Quest 3 and learning Vam I don't even bother with scripts anymore. Aside from the passthrough and other great things Vam can do, I really love finally being in control. Faster, slower, stop, start, deeper, just the head. All controlled with your voice, fuks yeah! Did I mention the Funsr1 can handle full size Fleshlights with no problem?

If your not on EroScripts I recommend joining. You can find more indepth reviews of the Funsr1. Also head over to Kickstarter to check out the next gen Handy.
