I keep getting a clothing problem where the boobs just don't work out. Any suggestions?

You have to adjust the clothings physics in the physics tab of the selected clothing. Collision distance for example.

Select the piece of clothing that you want to use. Then click on "customize", see the screenshot below. Marked with a red circle. Be aware the customize button only works when the clothing piece is active.
After that, you go to the tab physisc or or Adjustments. In the tab physics, you find different sliders, try to increase collision radius and/or collision power. Sometimes only one of those two works the best, sometimes both of them works. It depends on the clothing. But be aware, don't increase it to much, it will make clothing look weird. Just gently increase it but just a little bit.
In the tab adjustments you find the slider thickness. Same story, sometimes this is even enough. But be aware, don't increase it to much because this will make clothing look weird aswell.
