Downloads not working

Whenever I download anything from here I only get the .var file, I can't find how to get the .json file anywhere. Any help?

You have to copy the var file to your "addon packages" folder, VaM will do the rest ?

So only in the addon packages folder or do they need to be in any other folders?

var file --> addonpackages
No sub folder. Like I said.
A var file is like a zip file, VaM automatically detects the content and puts it where it belongs.
