Preload Morphs not working

After I updated to the newest version 1.22.0.3, all the downloaded morphs are not showing up in morphs UI and i cant use them on characters. When I try to toggle on the "Preload Morphs" in package manager, it toggles on but as soon as i switch back to that pack it's off automatically, and none of the morphs show up in the morph UI.
