It works fine with Jill model and default ultra settings with soft body physics enabled. The poses saved in a way that Mr X's penis should be already inside Jill when the position is loaded.

If you are on VR, using different settings or trying to use another model, you might need to adjust Mr X's pose. Just stop the animation, put Mr X's penis inside the model and save his pose / overwrite.
