VaM 1.x Remove Appearance Preset from Scene

So I have a scene that I have included multiple appearance presets in but I decided I want to remove one of them. I have deleted the appearance preset and as far as I know there are no references to it within the scene, yet when I try to build the var, the package builder still tries to include it. Is there a way to see all the appearance presets included in the scene or do I have to go into the .fav file and remove it manually?

Actually turns out I had a logic brick that still referenced it. Removing that fixed the issue. Oops :/
