Would be really cool if someone make such plugin for skirt up'ping.
Like at this dress (for both, front and back side separately resp) :

Yes i know that exists good plug like cloth grabbing with balls, but always desirable to make it more quickly without tiring adjustment.
Additionally (as i assume, but i can mistake ?) cloth grabbing plug does not keep cloth position after re-load scene (?). So, would be cool make so to speak some saveable way.
To make things easier (for dev) - not exactly necessary make precisely position for cloth, it can be pretty approximately and it will be ok.
