I really don't understand why the creators are doing this. How about just locking the axes in the Move tab
Is it possible to activate this back in the VaM interface?

It's two checkboxes in the Control tab for each body part

When building a scene it can be helpful to look things down to prevent accidental change. VaM has no Undo function, so you have to be careful. Especially in VR you often grab the wrong thing, when stuff is close together. Disabling "Allow Possess/Grab" is just two checkboxes compared to 6 when doing it in the MoveTab. Also you would still accidentally grab it, it just wouldn't move ;)

Solution
for each body part
Main control, not body part
I can't find any checkboxes for this, I edited the value in the scene file to enable this back

I still don't get reason why some of useful root controls are hidden behind triggers.

Person : AtomControl : hidden
Person : control : canGrab*
Person : control : *State
There could be a use case for them.

Also sad that Person : ThoughtBubble : bubble* is not part of person UI.
Maybe something similar to Animation tab but with randomized inputs (maybe an idea for plugin?).
