For anyone using a WMR headset like the HP Reverb G2 with the Oasis Driver I have good news for you. With the preview build released a week or two ago the ability to use SteamVR's Room View was added, but not only that, it looks like another piece of software is usable now with the Room View support. Check out the link below.

This basically adds a new menu to SteamVR that allows controlling passthrough in supported OpenXR games/apps. There's a mode that even lets you use a chromakey mask. It won't work out of the box with VaM though. I had to switch over to an OpenComposite modded OpenVR plugin to get it to work.

If you skip to section C of the guide below it has some helpful info about using OpenComposite if needed. I'd go with just downloading the modded "openvr_api.dll" rather than using the patcher method. Also, starting the game with "VaM_Updater.exe" and using "Launch VR" might be necessary if "VaM (OpenVR).bat" stops working.

Once everything's setup the plugins below will probably help if you want to try the passthrough with chromakey.

Edit: This modded "openvr_api.dll" made for Skyrim might work better than the "official" OpenComposite version.

Edit2: It looks like along with Masked (Chromakey) the option of Alpha blend also works!
